I haven't posted all week because it's been so darn busy!!
In a nut shell, I worked out alot and ate right. Still haven't weighed myself. Blood sugars are high in the mornings and just right before dinner.
Doctor told me not to work out so much. I am supposed to lose only a pound a week. Still haven't weighed myself. I feel so flabby.
Oh yeah, shared a pitcher of blackberry maragritas on Thursday night. It's fruit, right?

At least you shared the margaritas! And yeah, it has fruit. I think 2 servings..lime and blueberry! Hey, you have inspired me to start a healthy diet. I will be turning 40 at the end of this year and I really want to be my healthiest when I reach that milestone! I started working out again and I have been really working on the food intake too.
Don't worry about the flab...it will go away before you know it. Also, I recommend that you workout for 30 minutes instead of an hour and do intervals. For example, go at a medium pace for 5 minutes, then hammer for 1 minute. Then start back again at the medium pace for 5 minutes and so on. It also helps with boredom.
